Below are some of the frequently asked questions that patients have regarding our clinic. If you do not see your question answered below, or have additional questions regarding the clinic, please do not hesitate to contact us by calling (972) 484-8444 or by submitting an inquiry through our contact page.

Who is eligible for services at your Clinic?

Low income, uninsured or under-insured people that live in Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Coppell, Dallas or surrounding areas, or patients referred by our partner hospitals. Due to grant and funding requirements, residents of Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Coppell and patients referred by our partner hospitals are given the highest priority for new patient appointments. When possible, we accept patients from other areas.

Do you take insurance?

No.

Do you do wound care?

No.

Do you treat Sexually Transmitted Diseases?

Our Women’s Health Program screens and will treat sexually transmitted diseases. For male patients, we recommend the Department of Health in the County the patient lives.

Do you do School or Work physicals?

No.

What ages do you treat?

18 years old – 64 years old.

How do you treat pain?

We treat pain by recommending over-the-counter ibuprofen.  Our physician can investigate the cause of the pain or diagnose medical conditions.  Our Clinic does not prescribe narcotic or opioid pain medications.

Can I get in the same day I call?

Yes, returning/existing patients can usually get a Same Day Appointment if they call early in the morning.  These appointments are available on a first call basis.

How much does it cost?

New Patient Visits for Primary Care are $25.00 and are paid at the time the appointment is booked.

Returning/existing patient visits for Primary Care are $20.00 and are paid at the visit.

Women’s Health Annual Exams are $50.00 and are paid at the visit.

Nutritionist visits are no charge.  

Tele-therapy, face-to-face counseling, and lifestyle goal setting are no charge.

Lab work if needed is no charge.

Immunizations and most disease and cancer screening procedures are no charge.

No show or Cancellation Fee: $20.00

How do I get my prescriptions refilled?

We refill prescriptions for existing/returning patients who are current with their doctor visits and lab work.  For existing/returning patients who are not current, we will book an appointment within the next week and extend the prescription until the date of the appointment.  We do not refill prescriptions without up-to-date doctor visits and lab work or a scheduled appointment within the next 7 days.
